libapache2-mod-fcgid software package provides an alternative module compat with mod_fastcgi, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-fcgid
libapache2-mod-fcgid is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache2-mod-fcgid package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache2-mod-fcgid *
You will get with libapache2-mod-fcgid package name, version, architecture and description in a table
